Useful before exhaustive
We prefer a smaller amount of decision-useful information to pages padded with unrelated names, copied claims or invented local detail.
Evidence before certainty
Where a material provider fact has not been verified, it should be identified as needing confirmation or withheld from a commercial claim.
Consistent comparisons
Options should be assessed against the same business requirement and usage assumptions. Commission should not be used as the sole reason to rank or recommend a provider.
Corrections
Evidence-backed corrections are encouraged. Material updates should be reflected in review dates or verification records where appropriate.
Clear limitations
Guides and calculators should explain what they do not cover, especially where current tax, legal, insurance or regulatory advice may be required.
